Tommy was born and raised in pompano beach, florida.  he became interested in tattooing at the age of nine when his mother came home with a butterfly tattoo on her chest.  from that moment on, he wanted tattoos.

It wasn't until he got one that he realized he wanted to do them. a few decades and many stories later,, he opened O.B.P. tattoos, a home for the odd and a nod to the pioneers of this craft...to
